How do I book a cleaning?
As a first time client, we schedule you for an initial video walk through and structure then send a proposal for approval. Recurring clients can schedule their bookings through our website, via text or phone. Once we receive your information, we will confirm availability, send your appointment confirmation and request deposit details.

What types of cleaning do you offer?
We provide Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Turnover Cleaning, Home Organization, and Home Product Detox services. Recurring plans include weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have access instructions (door code, key, concierge, etc.), you do not need to be present.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring all professional-grade non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and tools. If you prefer fragrance-free products, simply let us know at booking.

Are the products you use safe for children and pets?
Yes they are. We've spent countless hours searching for the cleanest, most natural products on the market that are safe for our families. Many brands out there claim to be safe and eco-friendly but when you dig deeper you realize that they contain SLS's and "fragrance" which impacts our health tremendously. We also offer unscented cleaning products for families with newborns or sensitivities.

How do recurring cleanings work?
Once you select a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule, we reserve a dedicated spot for you. You will receive reminders before each cleaning.

Do you offer memberships or loyalty programs?
Yes we do! We offer discounted rates for weekly or bi-monthly cleans and we also offer a discount, or an add on service, for our clients who refer us to people they know.

What is included in a Deep Clean?
Deep Cleaning targets buildup from top to bottom: high-touch areas, baseboards, behind appliances (fridge, washer/dryer), detailed bathroom/kitchen scrubbing, tops of kitchen cabinets, windows (must be accessible without ladders), light fixtures, and high-dust areas that are not typically covered in a standard clean.

Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured (licensed and bonded) to protect your home, belongings, and our team.

How do I pay?
Payments are processed on the day of service via credit or debit card. We also accept invoice-based payments for recurring clients.

Do you offer same-day service?
We accommodate same-day requests whenever availability allows. Text or call us for the fastest response.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Details are available in our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

Can I request add-on services?
Yes. Oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, inside windows, laundry, dishes, and organization projects may be added during booking.
Do you offer gift cards?
